Through Bolt Design.
- Applications with limited space on one side.
- Expandable mounting housings for a perfect fit.
- The Expander System consists of a set that includes: a shaft with tapered ends, two expansion sleeves, two tension washers, and two fasteners.
- A. Once the fasteners are tightened, the washer presses the expansion sleeve towards the tapered ends of the pin.
- B. The sleeves expand according to the wear pattern, securing the system in place.
- C. When retightened, the system is locked on both sides, significantly increasing stability.
- D. The shaft with tapered ends allows for easier disassembly and reassembly compared to traditional straight pins.
- Permanent solution for pin wear.
- Quick and easy assembly and disassembly.
- Extended lifespan of sliding and rolling bearings, as well as joints.
- Increased safety in case of failures.
- More cost-effective and easier to use components.
